Elixir® Strings Anti-Rust Plated Plain Steel Strings
The new Anti-Rust Plain Steel Strings are the perfect complement to the long life NANOWEB® coated wound strings.
Normal plain steel strings corrode and lose tone and brilliance with every drop of sweat. However, with the innovative Anti-Rust Plated Plain Steels these problems are now in the past.
The micro-thin alloy treatment means an end to the tone killing rust, keeping the strings fresh and new sounding for 3 -5 times longer.
Nevertheless they still offer the traditional feel, playability and fresh sound and clean tone of brand new strings.
Especially when directly compared to traditional strings which start to feel rough, tend to tarnish and lose tone very quickly.
The Anti-Rust Elixir® Strings plain steels even after a prolonged period of playing still offer an untarnished look, a like new tone and still feel smooth and great to play.
